These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of PuraSim eSIMs. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. We have written them in plain language so that you know exactly what you are getting and what your rights and obligations are.
1. Who we are and what we sell
PuraSim markets data eSIMs for travel: mobile internet plans for different countries and regions. PuraSim acts as an authorized reseller of connectivity provided by third-party operators and network providers; it is not a telecommunications operator. Our eSIMs are data-only: they do not include a phone number or traditional network calls/SMS (you can make calls using apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Telegram).
2. Capacity and account
To purchase, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, especially your email address, as this is where you will receive your eSIM.
3. Device compatibility
To use an eSIM, your device must be eSIM compatible and unlocked. Checking this before purchasing is the customer's responsibility; we make it easy for you by dialing *#06# or on our compatibility page. Incompatibility or device locking by your operator is not attributable to PuraSim; in the case of an unactivated eSIM, our Refund Policy applies.
4. Delivery, activation, and validity
The eSIM is delivered electronically (QR code and instructions) to the email provided, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. The validity (days) and data volume (GB) of each plan are indicated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, data usage begins with the first connection at the destination, and the validity period starts at that moment. Unused data or days are not cumulative or refundable when the plan expires.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and include, where applicable, relevant taxes. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase through secure gateways. PuraSim may modify prices and its catalog at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
6. Acceptable use
The eSIM is for personal and non-commercial use. Reselling it, massively sharing it, or using it for spam, fraud, illegal activities, or activities contrary to the local operator's terms and conditions is prohibited. Anomalous, abusive, or fraudulent use may lead to the suspension or cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
We work with top-tier local networks, but coverage, speed, and availability depend on local operators and factors beyond PuraSim's control (geographic area, network saturation, device configuration, etc.). The service is provided "as is," and PuraSim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connection. To the extent permitted by law, PuraSim's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the affected plan and does not extend to indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally limited, nor the rights recognized by consumer regulations.
8. Intellectual property
The PuraSim brand, its mascot, texts, images, and website design are owned by PuraSim or its licensors and are protected. Their use without authorization is not permitted.
9. Modifications and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. For dispute resolution, consumers may resort to the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and to the legally corresponding courts.
