Shipping policy

PuraSIM sells a 100% digital product: we do not make physical shipments and there are no shipping costs.

How and when you receive your eSIM

• Delivery: after payment you will receive your eSIM (QR code and instructions) by email, usually in less than 1 minute and always within a few minutes.
• Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email, and make sure your email address is correct when you buy.
• If you don't receive your eSIM, write to us at hola@purasim.com with your order number and we will resend it.
• No postal address is required to deliver the product.
